32 fighters showed up, only 16 will stay. Dana White wanted the fighters to really earn
their way into the house this season. So in the first 48 hours of entering the training
facility, 32 fighters had to make weight (170 to 186 pounds) and fight to earn their place.
Only 8 fights were shown on this episode, and Nick's fight was one of those. Nick quickly
finished his fight with a head/arm triangle choke submission against David Newborn.

fight of the season, we saw Team Forrest’s Jesse Taylor versus Team Rampage’s Mike
Dolce. Jesse Taylor won by submission (rear naked choke).
